PLANT
You plant it. We plan it.

We collect the minimum a plant needs answered: what it is, what it lives in, and what the sky is doing over it. This page lists exactly that, in plain language.

01

What we store

Your plant records: species, photographs, watering dates, the coordinates of the city you chose, and the waterings and soil checks you log against each plant. Sign in with Google and we keep your email, name, and avatar; stay anonymous and a random ID stands in for you, no identity asked.

02

What stays on your device

Your theme choice, and a spare copy of recent activity your browser keeps for when the record on our side isn't reachable. Clearing your browser data clears both. Everything else is stored with us: your plants, their care details, and your watering and soil-check history, which sits with the plant record because the schedule learns from it, and because a record that can't follow you to another device is barely a record.

03

Services we rely on

Eight hands help tend the garden. Vercel hosts the site and counts page views, with no cookies and no identifier that follows you anywhere else; Supabase keeps the database and sign-in; Google vouches for your identity; Pl@ntNet reads identification and disease photographs; Open-Meteo reports the weather over your chosen city; Groq runs the vision model behind a health check, so a photograph you submit for diagnosis is sent to it; Perenual and Trefle are asked what a species needs, and receive only its botanical name. Each receives only what its task requires. Nothing travels further than it must.

04

Your choices

Identify, schedule and track without ever signing in. Reminders are the one thing that needs an account. Delete a plant whenever you choose. Deletion is immediate and permanent, no grace period, no copy kept. To erase an account entirely, write to us and it's gone.
